Six days built for two: a houseboat night on Dal Lake, Gulmarg's snowline, the glacier valley of Sonamarg and a night by the river in Pahalgam. Kashmir is one of India's most romantic destinations, and this route shows it without long drives — Srinagar is the base for the day trips, so you unpack once there.

Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive in Srinagar — houseboat
Airport pick-up and transfer to your Dal Lake houseboat. Evening shikara ride. Overnight on the houseboat.
Day 2: Srinagar — Mughal gardens
Visit Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Bagh and Chashme Shahi, then the old city and local markets. Check in to your Srinagar hotel.
Day 3: Sonamarg day trip
Drive to Sonamarg, about two and a half hours, along the Sindh river. Ponies are available to the Thajiwas Glacier (extra). Return to Srinagar.
Day 4: Gulmarg day trip
Drive to Gulmarg, about two hours. The meadows, and the Gulmarg Gondola if you wish (tickets extra). Return to Srinagar for the night.
Day 5: Srinagar to Pahalgam
Drive to Pahalgam, about three hours, via the saffron fields of Pampore. Afternoon in Betaab or Aru Valley by local union cab (extra). Overnight in Pahalgam.
Day 6: Pahalgam to Srinagar — departure
After breakfast, drive back to Srinagar, about three hours, for your onward flight. An afternoon flight is best.

Booking & payment policy
- A booking is confirmed only once the advance payment is received and TrueFareTrip sends a written confirmation by email or WhatsApp. Verbal commitments do not confirm a booking.
- The advance amount varies by package and travel dates, and is stated in your booking confirmation.
- The balance is due on the schedule given in your booking confirmation, before departure.
- Pay by bank transfer, UPI or another method our team confirms. Online payment links are only ever sent through secured payment gateways.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change until full payment is received — for example because of fuel surcharges, currency movements, government levies or supplier rate changes. You will be told of any change before it is applied.
- Bookings are subject to the availability of flights, hotels and ground services at the time of confirmation.

- Charges are calculated from the date we receive your written cancellation, by email or WhatsApp to your assigned Trip Saarthi.
- Peak-season bookings, honeymoon packages with non-refundable hotel blocks, pilgrimage yatras and group departures may carry stricter terms; these are stated in your booking confirmation.
- Eligible refunds are processed within 10–15 working days to the original payment method.
- Air tickets, visa fees and other non-refundable third-party costs are not refunded.
Terms & conditions
- Itineraries may change for operational reasons, weather or events beyond our control. We will tell you promptly about any material change.
- Hotels are as listed or of a similar standard, subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Changes to a confirmed booking — dates, destinations or traveller details — depend on availability and may attract supplier amendment fees.
- Travellers are responsible for valid travel documents: a passport valid for at least six months beyond the return date for international trips, the required visas, and any health documentation.
- Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for every trip.
- Hotel check-in and check-out times follow each property's policy; early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
