Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Requests
All cancellation requests must be initiated via email to Shantanu@truefaretrip.com. Oral or verbal requests will not be entertained under any circumstances. The cancellation date will be the date on which we receive the written email request.
2. Cancellation Charges
The following cancellation charges apply based on the number of days before the scheduled departure date:

| 30 days or more before departure | 20% of total tour cost |
| 15 to 29 days before departure | 50% of total tour cost |
| Less than 15 days before departure | 100% — No Refund |
3. Refund Mode
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (Bank Transfer / UPI / Credit or Debit Card) used at the time of booking. We do not issue refunds via any other mode.
4. Refund Timeline
Once a cancellation is approved, the eligible refund amount will be processed within 5 to 7 working days. The actual credit to your account may take additional time depending on your bank's internal processing schedule.
5. Non-Refundable Services
The following components are strictly non-refundable regardless of the cancellation date:
- Flight tickets purchased on your behalf (subject to the respective airline's policy).
- Visa processing fees and consulate charges.
- Certain peak-season hotel bookings where the property enforces a non-refundable rate.
- Any third-party vendor services where cancellation has been confirmed as non-refundable.
We will always inform you at the time of booking if any specific component is non-refundable, and obtain your acknowledgement before proceeding.
6. How to Initiate a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, send an email to the address below with your booking reference number, full name, travel dates, and reason for cancellation.
