Service Fulfillment Policy

TrueFareTrip is a travel service provider. We sell experiences, itineraries, and travel packages — not physical goods. This policy explains how your bookings and travel documents are delivered to you.
1. Instant Booking Confirmation
Upon successful payment, a digital booking confirmation and payment receipt will be sent to your registered email address and/or WhatsApp number instantly. Please ensure your contact details are accurate at the time of booking.
2. Final Itinerary & Voucher Delivery
The final hotel vouchers, transport confirmations, and complete travel itinerary will be delivered digitally via email and/or WhatsApp within 48 to 72 hours prior to your departure date. In case of any delay, our team will proactively reach out to you.
3. No Physical Shipping
As a travel service provider, no physical goods will be shipped to your address. All documents, confirmations, and vouchers are delivered exclusively in digital format. There are no courier, delivery, or shipping charges applicable to any booking.
4. What You Receive
Depending on your booking, the following documents will be shared digitally:
- Booking confirmation and payment receipt (instant, upon successful payment).
- Detailed day-by-day travel itinerary.
- Hotel and accommodation vouchers.
- Transport and transfer confirmations.
- Activity and excursion vouchers (if applicable).
- Emergency contact information and 24/7 Trip Saarthi support details.
5. Document Format
All travel documents are delivered in PDF format via email and as shareable links or images via WhatsApp. These are fully accepted by hotels, airlines, and service providers at all our destinations.
6. Contact for Document Issues
If you have not received your confirmation within the expected timeframe, or if any document appears incorrect, please contact us immediately.
