Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Traveller", "you") and Truefare Group, operating as TrueFareTrip ("Company", "we", "us"), registered at B 2/20, Gali No. 9, Uttam Nagar, Rajapuri, New Delhi – 110059 (GST: 07AAKCT5309E1ZD).

By making a booking, accessing our website, or using our Trip Saarthi service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

TrueFareTrip provides travel planning, booking, and concierge services including but not limited to:

  • Domestic and international holiday packages
  • Corporate travel, MICE, and dealer meet logistics
  • Elite honeymoon planning (YoursTruly)
  • Spiritual and pilgrimage yatras (Teerthpath)
  • Adventure and trekking expeditions (MokshaTrails)
  • 24/7 Trip Saarthi support and concierge assistance
  • Visa assistance, travel insurance referrals, and airport transfers

We act as a travel service provider and, in some cases, as an intermediary between you and third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, transport operators). Specific terms may apply to individual packages.

3. Bookings & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment and issuance of a written confirmation (email or WhatsApp) from TrueFareTrip. Verbal commitments do not constitute a confirmed booking.

  • Advance deposit requirements vary by package — details will be communicated at the time of booking.
  • Full payment is due as per the schedule specified in your booking confirmation.
  • Bookings are subject to availability of flights, hotels, and ground services.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure all traveller details (names, dates of birth, passport numbers) are accurate at the time of booking.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and are inclusive of applicable GST. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received. TrueFareTrip reserves the right to revise package costs due to fuel surcharges, currency fluctuations, government levies, or supplier rate changes. You will be notified of any price changes before they are applied.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other accepted methods as communicated by our team. Online payment links are sent via secured gateways only.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation charges are calculated from the date we receive written notice (email or WhatsApp message to your assigned Saarthi):

  • More than 30 days before departure: 20% of total package cost.
  • 15–30 days before departure: 40% of total package cost.
  • 7–14 days before departure: 60% of total package cost.
  • Less than 7 days before departure: 90% of total package cost.
  • No-show or cancellation on the day of departure: 100% of total package cost.

Certain packages — including peak season bookings, Char Dham Yatras, honeymoon packages with non-refundable hotel blocks, and group departures — may have stricter cancellation terms. These will be communicated in your booking confirmation.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 10–15 working days to the original payment source. Air tickets, visa fees, and third-party non-refundable costs are excluded from refunds.

6. Changes & Amendments

Requests to amend a confirmed booking (change of dates, destinations, or traveller details) are subject to availability and may attract amendment fees from airlines, hotels, or other suppliers. TrueFareTrip will endeavour to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee them.

TrueFareTrip reserves the right to make minor itinerary changes due to operational requirements, weather conditions, or force majeure events. We will notify you promptly of any material changes.

7. Travel Documents & Responsibilities

It is solely your responsibility to ensure you hold valid travel documents, including:

  • A valid passport with at least 6 months' validity beyond your return date.
  • Appropriate visas for all countries on your itinerary.
  • Any required health documentation (vaccinations, medical certificates, etc.).
  • Travel insurance — strongly recommended for all trips.

TrueFareTrip provides visa assistance as a facilitation service only. We are not responsible for visa refusals by embassies or immigration authorities. Costs incurred due to inadequate documentation are the traveller's sole responsibility.

8. Travel Insurance

TrueFareTrip strongly recommends comprehensive travel insurance for all bookings covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, baggage loss, and personal liability. While we can assist you in obtaining travel insurance, the policy is directly between you and the insurer. We are not liable for any claims or disputes with the insurance provider.

9. Force Majeure

TrueFareTrip shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil unrest, government travel advisories, strikes, terrorism, or severe weather. In such events, we will endeavour to provide alternative arrangements or, where not possible, a partial credit note for future travel.

10. Limitation of Liability

TrueFareTrip's liability is limited to the total cost of the package booked. We are not liable for:

  • Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
  • Acts or omissions of third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, transport operators).
  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during travel.
  • Medical expenses or emergencies arising during travel.
  • Delays, cancellations, or changes made by airlines or transport providers.

11. Conduct & Behaviour

All travellers are expected to conduct themselves with respect towards fellow travellers, Trip Saarthis, local communities, and the environment. TrueFareTrip reserves the right to remove a traveller from a group or trip without refund in cases of abusive behaviour, intoxication causing disruption, or violation of local laws. Any damages caused by a traveller to property or third parties are the traveller's sole responsibility.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the TrueFareTrip website — including text, photography, logos, itineraries, and design — is the intellectual property of Truefare Group. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

14. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
